We are an independent organisation that vows to help the world in its push to become more eco-friendly and strive to save animals and habitats, so that is why we donate 25% of our profit on each order to the TurtleFoundation.It is £49.99 for a simple logo design which you can use to your hearts content when purchased. We design them ourselves and put 100% effort and expertise into every order so new organisations and accounts can flourish in todays world.We do all our communication through email so when you enter it through the survey that is how we will send the designs to you, remember only pick one design we send to you to keep and it will contain our watermark until you buy. We will send you the designs you pick the one you want and confirm you want that one, then when we acknowledge your confirmation you go back to the website and purchase the logo. Then we will send that logo you have chosen without the watermark, then communication is finished and you have full control over the logo. Terms and conditionsYOU AGREE TO THESE ONCE YOU PURCHASE A DESIGNWe make your logos through our several different design apps with our own ideas and your input through the logo survey so our content involved in the logo is all our work combined. So therefore once we create you a logo we handover full responsibility and ownership to you on purchase, this proclaims that we have no major part involved with the future of your logo as we fully transferred ownership to you, so this means we have no part in issues like any form of copyright, if you have any questions about this email us at [email protected]
We do not offer any alternative logo adjustments once you confirm your order, such as background removal you will have to outsource these for yourself, however email us still if you want some tips on sites to do this! Also all adjustments you want on your logo must be completed before you confirm and are happy with your order. These could include things like a smaller version of your logo, or just the icon of your logo without any text or any other variation like this that hinders the original design we send to you that you confirm. Please do enquire and let us know what adjustments you want to the logo we create you (like the ones mentioned above), or any other type of change to it and we will be more than happy to oblige. But remember to ask this before confirming that you are happy with your order!
(We will make sure your design is as unique as possible to avoid this so you have nothing to worry about!)You must complete the logo survey before buying this is mandatory as we need to know what to expect and to be able to give you a full range of different designs. If not completed and you buy you need to either email us at [email protected] or message us on one of our several social media platforms so we can continue with your order. If you don't do any of these within a week we will donate 100% of your order money to the Turtle Foundation. We cannot stress enough to complete the survey before purchasing and let us know after to confirm your order.No refunds, once you buy that is final you should have completed the survey and we would have sent you your designs (we will send multiple variations if necessary) and then the interaction will be complete after you confirm you order. Make sure you are fully happy with the logo before purchasing So please give us the strongest idea possible of your design so this issue does not arise.We will send you multiple design variations to give you a wide choice that will satisfy you, if you are unhappy with all our designs we will create maximum 5 more for you depending on our order traffic at the time, but we will be sure to at least make another variation of your logo if you are unhappy. If after that you are still not satisfied we will not play a further part and you must choose from the designs we have offered, not to worry however as this hasn't happened before and our team will be sure to give full co operation and effort to meet your design needs!We use a mixture of AI design and our own innovation to create the perfect logo for you so that it is still unique.Finally once you confirm your order by choosing a selected design that we have made and sent to you through email, YOU MUST ONLY PICK ONE DESIGN, we will send a confirmation email that ends the sales interaction and then there is no further partaking between us, however if you still have any further quires later on feel free to email us, this confirmation email is there to confirm for both of us the transaction is complete and that you are happy with your designIf you use any of our other designs we send to you while trying to make you the perfect one, this means any logos or profile picture designs we send to you that you aren't happy with or don't confirm taking as your chosen design, you will be liable to repercussions for misusing our work and breaking these terms and conditions, as we class this as stealing and theft of our designs.
